About this site
Main feature of this site is to host the materials for my graduate level geometric measure theory course, including notes, (partially solved) exercises, and video lectures. You can also find links to my research papers.
About Me
I am a Data Scientist currently at Tesco and a mathematician formerly associated with the University of Edinburgh School of Mathematics.
I did my PhD at UCLA jointly under John Garnett and Raanan Schul. My mathematical research area was Geometric Measure Theory, specifically the quantitative study of rectifiable sets and metric geometry, as well as applications to harmonic measure.
While at the University of Edinburgh I advised three PhD students:
- Michele Villa (PhD 2020, now at University of Oulu). Part of his thesis is in the Annals of Mathematics.
- Matthew Hyde (PhD 2021).
- Jean Burnazyan (PhD 2023)
